Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
We accept product returns as long as they are made for items that were delivered incorrectly, are the wrong product, are incomplete packages, any transit-related damages, and are returned in their original condition. Please notify us on digital@vikramtea.com of any inconsistencies within 24 hours of the product's delivery date. You must report the problem to us within 24 hours; otherwise, we might not be able to accept your complaint.


Replacement
Under the guidelines outlined below, Vikram Tea provides a simple replacement for any product sold on vikramtea.com.
Within 24 hours following the date of delivery, customers will inform us of any product damage or errors.
If there are any transit damages, you must notify us of the problem within 24 hours; otherwise, we might not be able to accept your complaint.
Please provide your order number as well as images and videos of the product(s) as well as the exterior and interior packaging materials.
This will allow our team to conduct an investigation and respond to your inquiry. We regret that we cannot accept product returns. We will supply you with a replacement if the quality issue is verified.
If the customer doesn't notify Vikram Tea on digital@vikramtea.com within the allotted period, Vikram Tea retains the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject the request.
Vikram Tea will attempt to substitute the ordered exact item. However, in the event of the product being discontinued or out of stock, the company retains the right to issue a store credit or an alternative product.
The replacement guarantee is only good against manufacturing flaws and damage during transportation.
Damages resulting from standard wear and tear and customer negligence are not eligible for return.


Cancellation
We do not accept order cancellations once your order has been confirmed because the product falls under the Food and Beverage Category.
